Testimonials
“I arrived at the coaching session feeling unsure and frankly rather disheartened about my business. By the end of the session I could have jumped over a house! It wasn’t just inspiring but enlightening. In just one hour Elizabeth helped me to work out what kind of clients I want to attract, how to structure my service offering so that I can play to my strengths and offer most value, and what blocks may be holding me back. She also gave me valuable feedback on an idea I had for a product. All of this in the beauty of Richmond Park. This is coaching at its finest: incisive yet sensitive; direct but warm. Elizabeth is a wonder!” Leda Sammarco, The writers Coach
I first met Elizabeth at an NLP Practitioner course in 2002 but feel like I’ve known her all my life.
She is wise beyond her years in her ability to tune into other people.
She is an exceptional listener and has that rare ability to help create transformation in people as if she were the bystander and they were doing it themselves.
Elizabeth is gifted, talented, oozes integrity, walks her talk and I would recommend her in any form of change work in a flash as I have seen the results she has helped create in others as well as myself.
When you have the opportunity to work with Elizabeth there is no going back – “a mind once stretched by a new experience can never return to its original dimension” and Elizabeth will give you that experience.” Clare Edwards, Change Works
“Elizabeth’s session was totally inspiring and gave me some great techniques for setting and achieving my goals. There was a fantastic buzz in the room and I was incredibly motivated. Thank you.” – Rachel Perrett (on goal setting talk by Elizabeth Cairns), www.frockonline.com

“Thank you so much for today, I enjoyed our session it helped that you seemed to know exactly what I was talking about. Thanks also for your advice regarding my 1 minute pitch, I will be re-writing it in a different way. I will certainly be acting and thinking more positively when I go to my next networking event on Wednesday, and I’ll let you know how I get on. “ Confidence coaching client May 2010

Having spent the last year spreading the message about divorce coaching and how it helps those going through divorce, I was getting a bit ‘networked out.’ For example, last month I suddenly realised I was talking to someone and couldn’t recall anything they had said over the last 10 minutes. The night before I had been talking to a new acquaintance whilst he was obviously looking around the room for someone else to speak to! When I met Elizabeth and she mentioned her netwalks, I was ready for something different.
Add to that Elizabeth’s natural talent for keeping conversation in the group focused and flowing and it was delightfully different networking – definitely recommended.”

She’s a skilled and motivational speaker, coach and facilitator and a very lovely and warm person.
I’ve heard her speak on a number of occasions, often about how much mindset makes the difference to business success, which has always been motivational. For that reason, I’ve invited her to speak at the networking group I run a few times, and she’s had great feedback from the people there.
I’ve also attended her Vitality and Treasuring 2009 workshops, both of which I can recommend. As my coach, she has been a real support and encouragement to connect with my values and to make dreams and vision a reality. She’s been skilled at getting me unstuck and moving on.
Whenever I can, I make a point of joining her Netwalks in Richmond Park. It’s an hour of networking and chance to discuss and reflect on a thought-provoking topic, with the added bonus of fresh air and exercise in a lovely natural setting.
Her newsletter is a good read too – you can tell I’m a fan!”

Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful netwalk and I really enjoyed your new format. It was useful having the questions, as it kept you on the track – the images are lovely too. Such a great way to start the week. In fact, I felt so relaxed by the end of it, that for a moment I thought it was Friday and not Monday! Leda Sammarco, Netwalk, Oct 2008

Just wanted to say a big thank you for last Saturday and also leave some feedback as I promised I would. Well, first, I wasn’t actually exaggerating when I say my energy levels had gone up to a 10. I walked all the way from Earth Life to Fulham Broadway tube station….seriously, once I started walking, I couldn’t stop! Since the session, I have been really stretched for time, so haven’t had time to go through the exercises again, but I have been doing the Egyptian stretch whilst waiting for the kettle to boil etc, and also drifting off to sleep with one hand on my forehead and the other on my belly. I have noticed that my energy levels have been higher and more sustainable since the workshop. Its also made me more aware of when they could dip and to ‘zip’ myself up in advance. Jen causton. “Just a quickie to let you know how lovely it was to see you again on Friday at Athena Esher – and to say how much I enjoyed your presentation! You always put your point across in a way that everyone in the room can take something practical away from it – marvellous stuff, darling!!!!” Sam NewFielding

“What a fantastic session, awesome in fact! I feel like a weight has dropped from me. Am now feeling very inspired about all my forthcoming blog posts. You are so good at making me aware of when I’m coming from a heart-centered space as opposed to a head-centered one – something I really need to pay attention to!” Coaching Client March, 2010
