What our clients have to say

“I arrived at the coaching session feeling unsure and frankly rather disheartened about my business. By the end of the session I could have jumped over a house! It wasn’t just inspiring but enlightening. In just one hour Elizabeth helped me to work out what kind of clients I want to attract, how to structure my service offering so that I can play to my strengths and offer most value, and what blocks may be holding me back. She also gave me valuable feedback on an idea I had for a product. All of this in the beauty of Richmond Park. This is coaching at its finest: incisive yet sensitive; direct but warm. Elizabeth is a wonder!” Leda Sammarco, The writers Coach

“Elizabeth is Amovita in action – she loves life and inspires others to love life too. I first met Elizabeth at an NLP Practitioner course in 2002 but feel like I’ve known her all my life. She is wise beyond her years in her ability to tune into other people. She is an exceptional listener and has that rare ability to help create transformation in people as if she were the bystander and they were doing it themselves. Elizabeth is gifted, talented, oozes integrity, walks her talk and I would recommend her in any form of change work in a flash as I have seen the results she has helped create in others as well as myself. When you have the opportunity to work with Elizabeth there is no going back – “a mind once stretched by a new experience can never return to its original dimension” and Elizabeth will give you that experience.” Clare Edwards, Change Works
“All sessions with Amovita that I have experienced have been outstanding in exceeding the aim I had in mind. Whenever I have asked Elizabeth to come in and work with my team she always thinks of things over and above what I am hoping she will be able to do, is brilliant at picking up the emotional status of the group and handles is sensitively and effectively. If I had more money available I would use her for many more training events and sessions. Having worked with Elizabeth I know how fantastic her sessions are. She always delivers is inspirational and I always feel invigorated after time with Elizabeth” Deborah Craig, Early Years and Childcare Provider Support Manager for Royal Borough of Kingston and head of the EYCS Team.
“I started to see Elizabeth as I wanted to explore ways of improving the balance between different areas of my life and clarify my goals. She listens intently, asks probing questions that really make you think, and facilitates a process to look at your concerns in a different light. I found that establishing my values, priorities and specific goals particularly valuable. Elizabeth has such an engaging manner and is so supportive. I recommend her coaching sessions very highly. She is a fabulous person to work with.” Jo, Coaching Client London 2010

About our workshops and events

Elizabeth has an infectious energy and clearly cares about the individuals she is working with. A great way to spend a morning. Nina Bain, Homeopath, Vitality workshop 2010

A wonderful, fun, lighthearted workshop! A great balance between theory and practice. You have such a lovely, positive and joyful energy Elizabeth. Thank you! Angela Bryan, Doula and Shiatsu Practitioner, Vitlaity workshop 2010

Just a quick note to say it was lovely to meet you all at the netwalk last week, how refreshing it was compared to other networking events. And Petersham nurseries was a superb way to finish the morning with a nice coffee and some good company. Andy Catford, Mailing Answeres. Amovita netwalks

The weekend was such a wonderful experience. Can’t thank you and Lesley enough for all of the hard work and effort you both put in to make the weekend so special for all of us. And of course not forgetting Kate for all of the amazing food. Never thought the day would come that I could actually be a veggie. Really hope we will all be able to get together again sometime soon.” Steve, Journey to the fire retreat participant, 2005

I absolutely recommend Elizabeth’s netwalking events. I attended one last month (with my daughter Ellie who Elizabeth accommodated without fuss or surprise!) in Richmond Park. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the famous deer and the odd rabbit or two we talked, walked and networked. It was possibly the most relaxing and enjoyable networking event I have ever been to, simply because the focus was off making conversation – with Elizabeth’s skillful facilitation, and distracted by the landscape, conversation just flowed. Fiona Humberstone, MD of Flourish

I would like to thank you all for the lovely weekend you make a great team. I actually feel that I have been away for a holiday and ready to start a new week with a different approach. The workshops have given me more issues to ponder over which is good & I wait with anticipation to see what pops into my mind through the week. I really appreciate all the effort and kindness shown from you all. Maria, Retreat participant, 2010
