I’m sure I don’t have to tell you the multiple benefits of spending time in fresh air and green spaces. Well with a Walking to Clarity Coaching session you get the opportunity to spend quality time in the outdoors taking focused steps (excuse the pun) to move yourself positively and powerfully forward in life!
In my years of working in this unique way I have found that Walking to Clarity accelerates the coaching process. It gets you moving physically and metaphorically and you will find yourself moving through blocks and challenges more efficiently than perhaps you might in a more traditional coaching process.
Walking to Clarity Coaching sessions take place in the truly inspiring setting of Amersham in the Chiltern hills. Sessions are charged at £80 per hour.
With a Walking to Clarity session you can relax and the conversation flows effortlessly, even the toughest of challenges unravel themselves with no effort at all on your part. The hard work is done by your coach who asks just the right question, at just the right time, in just the right way to unlock your thinking and bring you real clarity.

Why walk?
Well apart from the obvious health benefits. The act of walking (sometimes combined with some specific exercises based on NLP and Energy Medicine) engage both hemispheres of your brain enabling you to be both logical and creative in the same moment. It gives you something else to occupy your conscious mind, freeing up the resources of the powerhouse of your unconscious. You get to enjoy the beauty of nature. Too often we rush through life and don’t take the time to pause, to reflect and to take in the scenery.
