Netwalks were created by Elizabeth Cairns and are a healthy and inspirational way of networking and spending time on your business that is refreshingly different. They take place in the great outdoors and Amovita Netwalks are expertly facilitated to ensure you get a chance to speak to everyone, share your expertise, showcase your business and receive tools, tips and inspiration to move positively forward.
- Our netwalkers come from all over London and the south east and are interested in building genuine relationships
- Our netwalkers are passionate about their businesses and supportive of each other
- Our netwalkers talk about what really matters to them, are listened to and encouraged every step of the way
- Our netwalkers recognise the benefits of getting together with a group of like minds to refocus and re-energise
- Our netwalkers love exercising in the fresh air and appreciate the beauty of nature (whatever the weather).
- Want to get more out of networking
- Are tired of the usual hard sell approach
- Want help making the most of your networking conversations
- Want to better understand yourself, your business and your clients
- Want to network in a relaxed and open environment…
What to wear, where to meet and local travel details
- We walk whatever the weather – so do bring a rain mac/suncream, suitable walking boots and please don’t stand on ceremony, be comfortable. Ladies just bring your lippy if you want a bit of networking glamour.
- Do bring along business cards and any literature you would like to pass around.
- We typically have between a cosy 4 and a lively 10 netwalkers per walk and remember, in successful business it’s not about the number of people that you meet it’s about the quality of those connections.
- We leave from outside the Dysart Arms Pub (Petersham gate of Richmond Park) at 09.30am. The number 65 bus stops just outside for anyone travelling from Kingston or Richmond centre. Please allow plenty of time to find parking as the Dysart Arms car park is not always open. Parking at Pembroke Lodge and walking down the hill to Petersham gate is a popular option.
- We do leave promptly on time so please respect your fellow netwalkers and arrive a few minutes before the allocated time.
- It is also essential to book and make sure that Elizabeth has your mobile number, just in-case of any last minute unforeseen events and so that she can welcome you.
Here are a few comments from previous netwalkers:
The small print.
The netwalk is a social, (not fitness) activity. By joining the Netwalk you agree to do so in good health (fit for walking at brisk pace) and at your own risk, and you understand that you are welcome to leave the walk at any time should you feel unable to continue.
