Life has its ups and downs and sometimes that can feel like a bit of an emotional roller coaster and we can end up dropping the ball. We can spread ourselves so thinly or be pulled in so many different directions that some days we might not know which way is up!
This can have a serious impact on our emotional health, our families and not least our ability to do our work to the best of our ability. Valuable time and energy can be lost dealing with the emotional fallout of getting back on track when we don’t make ourselves a priority. Particularly for anyone running a business, in these times especially we can’t really afford to do that, we need to be match fit and on the go whenever we need to be. Waiting for something really bad to happen to give you a wake up call is leaving it too late!
This day is designed to give you a very practical experience of some of our tried and tested and most successful ways of managing yourself for a more resourceful state of body and mind and a life that feels like it’s on more of an even keel.
You will enjoy learning:
- How you operate as a holistic system and why this is important for your health and well being
- The stress response and your body’s natural antidote
- Greater clarity of your wellbeing priorities and desires
- How to tap into your unique body wisdom, for easier decision making that supports your wellbeing
- A recipe for success guaranteed to get results
- Yoga mudras and postures to help awaken your energy centres and quiet the mind
- Meditations to allow your body time to restore and heal
We draw on influences from the world of Yoga, NLP, the endorphin effect work of William Bloom and many more great teachers and healers to bring you an eclectic and comprehensive tool kit to manage your physical and emotional wellbeing on a daily basis.
This workshop is also designed to support you if you have experienced a recent traumatic event that has knocked you off kilter or been very overwhelming emotionally.
Elizabeth is delighted to be teaming up again with Joanne Sumner who brings her talents and extensive experience as a Yoga and Meditation teacher to further enhance your experience of this powerful day.
