Reiki is a gentle, safe, and profound form of healing that you can use for your own and other’s physical, emotional and spiritual development and well-being. Working with Reiki requires a simple and yet profound ‘attunement’ from a qualified Reiki Master. Once you are attuned to Reiki, it is a healing gift that you have for life.


Reiki energy can be directed to help you bring your goals to fruition, deal with negativity, anger, resentment and other feelings that block the flow of abundance and gratitude to your life. Reiki works for your wellbeing at a physical, emotional and spiritual level and is a very effective way of bringing you into even greater alignment with your true purpose.


Many complementary health practitioners are finding it a wonderful addition to their portfolio as it can be used safely in conjunction with many other therapies.  For those wishing to add it to their repertoire it is recommended that you progress, at a gentle pace that is right for you, to the 2nd Degree Reiki course where we cover in greater detail the important considerations, ethics and practical aspects of treating others with Reiki. If you are interested in pursuing Reiki at 2nd Degree then do contact Elizabeth to discuss. 


This Reiki first degree workshop is a solid introduction to working with this powerful energy and includes an introductory manual and certificate of attunement.

“To some of us a concept like Reiki can be a little amorphous, potentially a little weird and possibly reserved, in some minds, for the socks and sandals brigade. Well I’m a firm believer in being a practical, down to earth advocate for this amazing energy and the innate healing potential within each of us. That’s not to say that there aren’t sometimes bells and smells, but there is always method in my madness.

My workshops are designed to give you a practical experience of working with Reiki for healing, both for the self and others and for powerful self development. At Reiki I we focus predominantly on self healing as it is important to ensure your own well being before working with others.  You need have no previous experience of Reiki or energy work to join us on the workshop and you will instantly be put at ease to enjoy your day exploring your healing potential. You will receive an introductory manual, have plenty of time to have your questions answered and work with the energy.
