Elizabeth Cairns, Founding Director. NLP Mast Prac. IIHHT
Elizabeth Cairns launched her first company in early 2002 after progressing from a career in sales and marketing in the IT and Telecoms sector.
As a freelance trainer and facilitator Elizabeth has experience of working internationally to improve performance, with individuals and teams from a large cross section of industry sectors including work with young people in secondary schools.
Elizabeth has facilitated conferences, events and development programmes for a vast number of clients including: The AA, BT, BP, CISCO Systems, DEFRA, Electronic Arts, Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Microsoft.
Elizabeth favours an experiential approach to training, she trained as a High and Low Ropes instructor and makes use of the outdoors frequently as the context for powerful team development work. Elizabeth also coaches individuals in the outdoors, on the move using her unique “Walking to Clarity” coaching process.
In addition to training and development Elizabeth is passionate about health and wellbeing.
A Reiki Master, NLP Master Practitioner, Holistic Therapist and coach, she runs a successful coaching and personal development practice.
At the heart of this work is a profound understanding of the mind body connection and a belief that health and vitality is a birthright. Part of reclaiming this natural state for us all lies in finding the right work and ultimately being successful in it.
Elizabeth successfully coaches entrepreneurs, directors and senior managers to create inspired businesses that align with the personal values of their founders and are sustained by motivated and empowered teams.
She is a true possibility thinker and intuitive healer and enjoys working with like minds.
She collaborates with a small number of very special organisations that share her desire for the development of human potential.
Having an adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit Elizabeth turns her hand to most things in the spirit of fun, learning and adventure.
Part of her work since 2004 has been the design of creative, experiential courses in NLP and Personal Development Coaching. She delivers these to a variety of audiences including corporate groups and private individuals, tutors and trainers, at Further Education colleges in London and the South East.
In recognition of her teaching skills she is undertaking a PGCE with the University of Westminster and will have QTLS by June 2009. She also trains teachers and tutors in effective communication and experiential learning.
Elizabeth has a relaxed and humorous style suited to presenting to and facilitating both large and small groups. Her ability to relate on all levels means that she can articulate concepts and skills in a way that brings them to life and makes them easily accessible to her audience. An articulate and engaging public speaker she enjoys presenting on business development, networking and communication skills to groups of Directors and Entrepreneurs.
Highly self-motivated, one of her key strengths is her ability to see the big picture of complex issues and add enthusiasm, energy and focus to all of her interventions with powerful results.

Michael Cairns. B.Mus, PGCE.
A professional musician with over 15 years experience in the industry, Michael is the Musical Director for Amovita he brings his expertise into play in many of our interventions from corporate events to specialist retreats and workshops.
He studied at the London Music School and the London College of Music and Media achieving a Bmus degree in Popular Music Performance and a platinum grade diploma in Music and now, having obtained a PGCE from Goldsmiths University, teaches music at a secondary school in London.
He has a love of all genres of music and is proficient in many drumming styles. His passion for communicating good music drives him to perform at many live gigs in a variety of bands. A skilled drum teacher he seeks to aid the creation of music and believes everyone in the world should own a drum kit!
