Our Health and Wellbeing can often be something we take for granted, until something happens to give us a wake-up call. We encourage you to take action and prioritise your wellbeing before that happens and enjoy a healthier, happier life!
Health, vitality and wellbeing are your birthright, so we actively encourage you to make your emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing a top priority. After all without it, everything else can become very challenging indeed.
There are a vast number of ‘complementary’ and more recent ‘orthodox’ treatments and wellbeing approaches out there and sometime the choice can be overwhelming. What works wonders for one person might have little benefit to someone else and what works for you one day might not the next. It’s important to find what is right for you, in the moment and recognise that that might change. It is helpful to be educated about your choices and options, particularly if facing a health crisis and recognise that approaches previously deemed as ‘alternative’ might be better viewed as complimentary.
Because we are all wonderfully diverse, you can choose from a range of approaches and therapies from Amovita to help with all manner of challenges.
Elizabeth’s view on the therapies she offers comes from her own personal experience. She first trained as a massage and holistic therapist in 1997 and since then have gone on to develop her interest and expertise in the field of complementary and holistic medicine. She is not a medical doctor and therefore does not offer any diagnosis or ‘cures’ for treatments, merely a complementary approach to health that, in her experience works and she hopes will work for you too.
You can book a treatment with Elizabeth for 60, 90 or 120 minutes (at a cost of £45, £65 and £80 respectively) at her home clinic in West London. Treatments are offered most days from 8am to 4pm and occasional evenings and some saturday mornings and can be booked by calling 07734 110 401.
Cancellation and charges
While we understand that there may occasionally be unusual or special circumstances where appointments may need to be rescheduled, we ask that you give as much notice as possible please. For appointments cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time, the total fee for that appointment will be charged.
